Always look forward to a tasty bowl of Pho when we are at the Hard Rock. Veggies are fresh, broth is very flavorful and they give a large portion of beef. We also have the veggie spring rolls.. The bar is our normal seat and Allison and the staff are always there with a smile. We sat in the dining area this trip and were cozy and our server was efficient.

Asian cuisine much better elsewhere. Not worth the price for its portion but convenient if staying at Hotel. When working for tips, server can be more welcoming and should check up on their customers more often. Bartender Can improve on Mojito by gently muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice, add rum and ice, shake briefly. Overall will be back for the steam fish.

Great dining experience at Bol inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. The food was very good, with well-balanced flavors and fresh ingredients that really stood out. What made the visit even better was the outstanding service—staff were attentive, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire meal. They made sure everything was perfect and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. Definitely a great spot for a casual yet elevated Asian dining experience. I would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Hard Rock.

This is the second visit to this Asian inspired restaurant and it was good both times. I really enjoyed the fried rice with shrimp. My sister loved the boiled fish. The Thai pad wasn’t the best we ever had, but it was pretty good. Service was a tad slow, but it was packed on a Friday night. Restaurant was very clean. Of course there’s a full bar and saki. I enjoyed the house sake. Ambiance was lively and vibrant. I would return.

The Bōl Hollywood inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a great spot for delicious Vietnamese and Asian fusion food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and full of authentic flavors. The Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, pad thai, and fried rice are definitely highlights. The service was excellent and the food came out fast, which was perfect since I didn’t have a reservation and was seated right away. They also have a nice variety of crafted drinks. It is super convenient being inside the casino, so you can grab a great meal and then go enjoy the games. Highly recommended if you are at the Hard Rock and craving flavorful Asian cuisine.
